GLH: I corrected the character name and added the series name while I was at it. This is the character "Koishi Komeiji" from the Touhou Project games. You can tell by the closed eye (I.E. The purple ball with the tubes running from it is an actual eyeball, as the character is a mythological creature known as a "Satori").
