Aside from the fact that she's wearing the black SSBB2 version (I think) of the zero suit, Samus' physical appearance has gone through several changes in official sources, from her brown hair in the original NES game to blonde hair and blue eyes in modern games, to brown hair and green eyes in the colored e-version of the 2003 manga. So no, I don't think this is Sarah, from Virtua Fighter or anything else. I think this is Samus with green eyes.
