@zithro The model is Pharah by PharahBestGirl. She's Pharah just with a different hair, and with that hair she is pretty similar to Korra. Since I like Pharah and Korra I chose to make Pharah look like Korra.
As @alphaangel said, it's pretty much a cosplay.
