I don't know if its a problem with the model, the rendering, or what, but people do realize that the black portion of her hair isnt' shadow, right? It is her hair. Her hair is naturally black and is dyed/highlighted/layered with red.
I mean, its a beautiful image, otherwise, but man, that hair...
