Icekatana: No, they don't. Wildeer is just adding voice to some of his older animations. He's not going to lipsynch those, obviously. I think it's a nice gesture to add stuff to his older animations while he's working on the newer stuff. He's hired voice and sound people to do it, so it doesn't slow his new stuff down.
